RARE Woking (minus front wheels) vintage Fisher-Price Fido Zilo #707 pull toy. It was produced in the 1950s. The dog figure holds two mallets attached to springs. As the toy is pulled, the dog's body pivots from side to side, causing the mallets to strike the four-note xylophone in the attached cart. The toy is made of wood. This guy still has pretty good color and graphics, really the only problem is the front wheels, which replacements can be found on Etsy. You can push or pull as is and he functions as he should.
