One of a kind! This was handmade by my grandma for my baby recently. It was worn only once but is just going to be too small. Height is adjustable with the cute vintage buttons that my grandma had from when my dad was little. Patches were added to it. Lots of love was put into this. Fits my tall 14 month old. I think it could work from 9-14months depending on babies height. Handmade recently but used a vintage pattern for it.
