Wilson partners with the Swiss legend for the RF 01 Future Roger Federer Tennis Racquet This model is a part of the RF Collection, representing the successful longstanding partnership between Wilson and Federer. The RF 01 Future is not a Pro Staff clone, and it was designed with input from Roger to make a racquet that was easier to use and more explosive than the models he used in the past. A special SABR beam design brings performance versatility, allowing for pace, spin, and direction changes - all of which are hallmarks of Federer`s game style. Wilson Integrated a smooth bumper and grommet design called Glide Guard to enhance maneuverability and reduce air resistance to increase racquet head speed. Braid 45 returns in the RF 01 Collection, though the braid is exclusively carbon for best-in-class stability and ball pocketing. For vibration dampening, the racquet is filled with PU foam which increases comfort as well.

The RF 01 Future has a 98 square-inch head and a dual taper beam which creates a more forgiving response. The aerodynamic beam makes the racquet faster through the air. The design makes it easier to generate racquet head speed for penetrating ground strokes, but it also makes it easier to play with a variety of spins and impressive stability at the net.
