Mew notes: There are multiple creases and scratches present all over the card, including whitening and some peeling along borders (see pictures).
Mewtwo notes: There is a crease present on the front of the card, top border off-center. A scratch is also visible to the right of the words "Psystrike GX." There is considerable whitening present on the back of the card, along with various scratches and dents (see pictures).
