I purchased this item online from Gallop Vintage in Fukuoka Prefecture.
It is a vintage dress.
There is no material tag, but I believe it is made of a sheer chiffon-like fabric and a very comfortable cotton-like material.
It also has a lining, so I don't think you'll need to wear anything underneath.
There is no noticeable damage.
I fell in love with it and bought it, but the size doesn't quite fit me. It's a very lovely item, so I hope someone will wear it.
