Papillon small.

This is a vintage papillon. It does not have a serial code due to the age of it. It is in good overall condition but it is very old. That is why this price is so low. These sale for a lot more but this is a very rare size. This does not have a serial number but it is authentic. I sent it to Lv to see about having all leather replaced. I was told it would be $800 and I wasn’t interested in that. I don’t have a local cobbler either. I have included a pic of the email from Lv. They also advised me the leather that is on it currently is vintage and is the old coated leather and it was in good condition. The new leather they stated was not coated and could not get wet. The Lv expert said she wouldn’t change out the leather until she truly needed it. This is very vintage and very rare. I’m selling this at a low cost because I simply do not use her. If I updated the metal and leather with a cobbler I could sale this for $1000 or more but I don’t have one in my area of rural Mississippi.
