Three tubes of Oliver blades
Part number 0797–0 029–1 and part number 0797–0 029–8
These are extremely sharp blades. Some of the blades have some discoloration, but I don't know if it's oxidation or from the oil that is put on the blades. It does not affect their function at all. They are brand new blades and extremely sharp. They are meant for someone who owns and runs a commercial bakery or pastry shop. I don't know anything about them or where they came from however from what I've seen online they can go for up to $200 a tube for these blades.
