•I've had this bag for almost three years, and I've used it once. I'm more of a smaller crossbody girl, and this is a little too big for me, so I no longer need it.
• it is very clean on the inside,it has a crossbody strap inside, so you can wear it to ways. It has its own dustbag. I would just have to look for it, lol
• the handle is pretty bent only because it's been hanging up in the position for a long time.
