I had the card appraised at a card shop on November 4th, and it was graded as a perfect "Mint" condition, with no white spots or scratches.

Since the card shop has already assessed it as having no scratches, I would prefer not to take it out of the sleeve. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you would refrain from requesting photos without the sleeve. I don't want to handle it unnecessarily since it has no original damage.
The reason for selling is that I was planning to send it to PSA if it received a perfect score at the card shop, but I've decided against it because PSA's turnaround time is currently very long.
I will ship it in a magnetic card holder.
