This 5.25” Hummel figurine is in MINT condition, no chips, breaks, repairs, or crazing. It bears TMK #2 (Full Bee) having been produced in the early 1950s. It was created by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1939. This particular piece is fairly rare in that it has incised musical notes on the sheet music.
Sister Hummel had a love of children and sketched them in various situations. These charming little singers are harmonizing so well you can almost hear the music!! They are another of the figurines that make up the Hummel orchestra. An extremely colorful and detailed porcelain figurine and made by the fabulous craftsmen at the Goebel factory.
Considering this piece is over 70 years old it is still an extremely colorful and detailed porcelain figurine made so very long ago!
