A collection of works by British photographer Harley Weir

A collection of works by British female photographer Harley Weir, titled "Paintings." Born in 1991 and a graduate of Central Saint Martins, she gained attention in fashion photography more by demand than by her own pursuit, and is a popular photographer who has worked on numerous image visuals for maisons such as Balenciaga and Stella McCartney. She is also a Japanophile, having worked on covers for "i-D JAPAN" and other publications in Japan. Her unique images are characterized by a distinctive stimulation and assertion, encompassing the beauty and strength of women, as well as their fragility and delicacy. However, this book differs from her conventional creative style, and is a collection of works composed of images of superficial colors, shapes, and rhythms, like "paintings," created over the past three years. She fragmentarily captures walls, the ground, and sometimes monuments and people from her unique perspective, and the unique rhythm woven by colors, forms, and textures is artistic and interesting. This is a unique book that has opened up a new frontier of her creativity.
