Amazing brown tiered bloomers with lace accent bows and adjustable elastic waist and knees. Made from a soft, thin cotton. The bottoms are flared with a high waist or low waist fit. Really cool and hard to find!! Hangs about mid calf on me. Great for a punk look, renaissance faire, pirate costume, lolita, and lots of other looks. Can be worn alone or layered with skirts, sashes, or a corset.
