This listing is for a vintage gold prospectors pan. This item is from my father’s collection. He told me he got it in the 1970s in Fossil, Oregon. It shows signs of rust and age but that gives it it’s character. I don’t know if he got it new or used in the 70s. He said he did use it to pan for gold. Comes from a smoke free and cat friendly home. I’ve been using it as a bowl to display things for home decor. It’s about 10 inches wide and 2 inches deep. One side has the raised ring.
