All Trail Max and Race Max competition wear bars feature a carbide grade insert mounted on a 7/16-inch or 1/2-inch host bar for improved handling and control. The Wear-Ever 55 Rockwell hard weld wear surface gives you exceptional wear resistance and longer life. The mounting studs are resistance-welded around the entire stud for maximum strength, not a spot-weld like other bars on the market. Then we paint them black for a finished look and maximum rust resistance. All Extreme Max wear bars come with nyloc nuts. Extreme Max gives these bars a two-year limited warranty against workmanship and defects. The Trail Max 6-inch is by far our most popular wear bar. It has 6-inch of 90 degree mining grade carbide on a 7/16-inch host bar. This is specifically designed to handle mid-range and high performance machines with and without studded tracks. Perfect for trail runners and performance riders. Two one-inch wear pads front and back, with a full length hard weld between all carbide inserts provide the best wear resistance for the money. The studs are fully welded to insure racing durability. TrailMax wear bars are painted black to prevent rust build up, complete with nyloc nuts. The 6-inch TrailMax wear bar has a two-year limited warranty against workmanship and defects.
