Okay, I need help with this one. I have looked at it at several angles, and it definitely looks like the ink bled while making this. At first, it looked like something's spilt on it, but there's no dried up water lines its definitely part of the bill. Please help me with advice and maybe a value. The three hidden white letters that can only be seen under light are supposed to b a 555. but it's an 56S instead. It looks like the white got messed up by the green ink bleeding.
