Upcycled by me! This gorgeous dress has been hemmed from a full length gown to a flirty and fun mini cocktail dress length! The rich, deep shade of purple is so stunning with the reflective taffeta fabric. The sleeves are SO DRAMATIC and the basque waist is so flattering.
