Bag has some obvious wear and tear on the leather straps.
Please inspect the photos as I tried to show everything I could see wrong with it
I believe you can take the bag to a Burberry store and they can clean and fix it
Zipper may need something to help loosen it as it’s a little difficult to zip and unzip
