The 10 sequence dvd set is filled with the most amazing, encouraging, calming, empowering guided meditations that are so good for pregnancy and for baby! (you do require a DVD player - or just use your car like I did)
I used the meditations from month four onward, and I fell so in love with the calming effects that I would listen to the DVD’s everyday just to relax.
This set will give you everything that you would get from child birthing/pregnancy classes and more!
The workbook contains everything within the DVD’s but explained in much deeper detail with guidance and fun exercises to do <3
