Vintage Bardhal engine additives vehicle fender cover. It is made out of rubber with an outer layer of mesh and vinyl. I believe it is from around the 1960s or 1970s. It is in rough shape with pieces of vinyl and rubber flaking. There are some creases in the corners. I believe it was stored in a very dry and hot climate, causing the wear. The colors are still in good shape for its age. Cool piece for a wall hanger or a vintage vehicle.
