Absolutely vintage 80s (I removed the shoulder pads), it's just a lovely blond color with no signs of wear that I could find, but will check with different eyes. Size 22 but fits like an 18. Very nice and had been kept in mint condition. Open to offers, but listing it at what I paid for it as it was never worn bc of Chinese sizing... Gotta hate that bc it's a really pretty jacket/coat. Measurements to follow.
