Measurements: 14" L x 4.5" W x 11" H does have snaps on the side to expand the bag a little larger.

Signs of wear on handles, on the inside lining there is a stain, and inside the pocket inside the bag there are ink marks. I have not attempted to clean the bag. No holes or major flaws noted to the outside leather of the bag.
