These pants are brand new! I initially took the tags off because I thought they fit well enough since the leg portion was a perfect fit and the gapping didn’t seem to be too bad at first in the waist. I am usually a size 4 in all jeans and thought that the size 2 would have fit in the waist and been too tight in the legs, but after trying them on when they came back in stock in store, they ended up being a better fit.
My recommendation in these would be to size down, unless your waist is closer to a 27.5/28. I would have returned if I had not cut the original tag off thinking it fit, so I can’t return them. They are also currently sold out online in the size 4, so these are perfectly in new condition for anyone who was trying to get their hands on them.
