12" vase

And astonishing artist made 12” vase… probably European @1880-1920. It has a lot of wear characteristic of the period. I’ve never seen another one one. Unfortunately unmarked. 3 dimensional handmade applied sunflowers. Slip decorated. It is a poured hand decorated vase. Somebody really knew what they were doing when they did this one. I just wish I knew who it was. Maybe it’s somebody famous. I bought this one in the 80s myself. The center point and pick eight could be a manufacturing flaw because it doesn’t look complete. However it was glazed just like everything else so who knows for sure. The gold on the rim is worn on the inside as if it had been used quite a bit. Even added felt buttons are quite worn. It was certainly used for flowers in a very fancy house.
