Yes, of course.
We provide design services for free according to your needs.

If I design by myself, what specific file type or size would be better?

PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, EPS and AI are all good for us, and we can connect you with our designer.
And the minimum dimension is: 200 x 200px with a 72 ppi resolution.
You can send the files to us via email or Live Chat.

How long do custom orders take?

Orders including name, logo, or name and logo embroidery may take 2-3 additional weeks from the order date to complete. This timeframe is in addition to standard processing times. Processing times may be increased during holidays, promotions, product launches, etc.

Can I make adjustments to my custom order?

Custom orders are non-refundable, and we are unable to make any changes once the order has been placed. Our team works promptly to process your order, but please allow up to 3 weeks for personalization. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

Are custom orders refundable?

No, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Authorized Retailer Returns

Products bought from authorized J.C studio retailers must be returned to the original seller.
We can’t accept returns for items not bought directly from our website.
Please contact your retailer for return information, and they will contact us if it’s our responsibility.
